 Services at NorthWestern Mental Health

NorthWestern Mental Health (NWMH) is a service that provides a continuum of care for those with a serious mental illness in northern and western metropolitan Melbourne, a catchment of 1.2 million people.

Services across the lifespan

NorthWestern Mental Health provides services to people across the lifespan who live with a serious mental illness.

These services can be split into three streams:

The overlap of the age groups between youth and adult services promotes a continuum of care that best suits the person's needs, e.g. age at which first episode psychosis occurs.

NWMH also provides a variety of regional and statewide speciality services across a range of mental health programs.
